We, as İGSAŞ, participated in 15th International AGROTEC 2011 Agriculture Fair organized at Ankara/Altınpark Expo Center Exhibition between 8th and 11th September 2011 and contacted our dealers and farmers there, answered their questions, listened their problems and recommendations.

İGSAŞ restarted its production. Turkish and global agriculture embraced the best harvest and the most fruitful products. (2010) (İGSAŞ)

We plan to increase docking capacity from 5 vessels up to 8 vessels of our IGSAŞ Port, involved in the group companies of Yıldızlar Holding upon completion of the required permission procedures. We anticipate completing, within 180 days, the construction we started in December 2010. (2010) (İGSAŞ)

IGSAS has started the building of storage plant that is located in 31805 m2 of area in Iskenderun / TURKEY

What Is The VENDOR System?

IGSAS aimed to meet chemical fertilizer demand of farmers, and its customers by supplying its products at right time, place and under proper conditions by VENDOR network throughout Turkey. So IGSAS is an enterprise providing market balances in chemical fertilizer market. IGSAS aspired to give quality service to its customers and farmers in all conditions by prioritizing the customer satisfaction.

VENDOR APPLICATION

To be IGSAS VENDOR, firstly candidate VENDOR should fax a petition including its identification information (firm name, name and surname of authorized, name of region that it apply for, its phone, cellular and fax numbers, address information, names of banks that it works, its current activity area, which firm does it work as VENDOR for, if it is fertilizer VENDOR, and annual fertilizer amount that it sells) to our company after it signed and stamped. At the end of examination to be made by our company, the documents of candidate VENDOR to be given to our company to make VENDOR contract are stated as:

1. Being a citizen of the Republic of Turkey.
2. Having completed the age of 18.
3. Minimum amount of security shall be TRY 100,000.
   1. Letter of guarantee shall be issued in the form of unconditional and unlimited performance bond.
   2. The letter of guarantee shall be delivered in the name of YILDIZ ENTENGRE AGAC SAN. VE TIC. A.S. and include the expressions "For Dealership Agreement and Individual Purchases" thereon.
   3. The Company may at any time change the security amount unilaterally.
4. Signature Circular shall be notarized (in case of a company, notarized signature circular and authorization certificate shall be delivered.)
5. Articles of Association of the Company and the relevant Trade Registry Gazette shall be delivered.
6. Copy of the Chamber of Trade registration shall be given.
7. Copy of identity card of the dealer or its shareholders, if any.
8. A newly taken passport photo.
9. Checkbook in the name of the Company or the relevant person.
10. Judicial record.
11. Account movements for the last 6 months with the bank you work with.
12. The dealer shall make ready a signboard at the size of 120 cm x 60 cm, which reads as follows: "IGSAS Istanbul Gubre San.A.S."
13. The documents required shall be original and issued in one copy and include the date of current year.
